Projected Games Limited is the sole owner of the information collected on Projected Games Limited collects personally identifiable information from our users at several different points on our Web site.

From time-to-time we may provide you the opportunity to participate in contests or surveys on our site. If you participate, we will request certain personally identifiable information from you. Based upon the personally identifiable information you provide to us through PayPal upon the purchase of a product or service, we will send you an e-mail acknowledge receipt of payment and providing you with a serial number and details of how to download your product or access a service. We will also communicate with you in response to your inquiries, to provide the services you request, and to manage your account. We will communicate with you by e-mail.
Further we may send you an e-mail shortly after your purchase of a product or service so as to check that you are satisfied with your purchase and whether any further assistance can be provided.

We store the information that we collect through cookies (indirectly- see paragraph 9 below), log files, and/or third party sources to create a "profile" of your preferences. We may tie your personally identifiable information, and/or purchasing history, to information in the profile, in order to provide tailored promotions and marketing offers and to improve the content of the site for you.

We use the services of PayPal, StatCounter and Google (or their successors and assigns as the case may be). We will disclose necessary information to these third parties if required to do so in order to enable them to provide their services. As we obtain our information from a third party source and do not gather it ourselves unfortunately we are unable to provide you with an option to opt-out when you initially provide the information, however, if you do not wish to receive any product or service update or any other communication, then you may opt-out of receiving them by following the instructions included in such updates or communications by e-mailing us at and stating "REMOVE" in the subject line.
You will be notified when your personal information is collected by any third party that is not our agent/service provider, so you can make an informed choice as to whether or not to share your information with that party.
